The Howard League for Penal Reform Essay Competition

The Howard League for Penal Reform has set up an essay competition for students with the title, "Why Prisons Don't Work". The judge is Eric Allison, the prisons correspondent for The Guardian and the deadline is 30 April 2010. All the details can be found on their website here.
